Our technicians receive and remediate issues proactively as our remote support tools constantly report granular device status with 7 levels of alerts and notifications. Our tools allow OffsiteITForce technicians to manage and gather information from all network equipment (Switches, Firewall, SAN, Servers, and workstations).

Our PC support service covers current Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office applications that provide the backbone of most office work. Desktop Support Service does not just cover the standard day to day issues users encounter but also covers the entire administration of the network. This new user creation, applying specific folder permissions and all of the other tasks a System Administrator would be expected to deal with.

We can help you acquire the right computers and laptops, install the required operating system (XP, Vista or Windows 7), apply the necessary service packs, upgrade memory, fine tune operations, remove viruses, setup standard settings, configure file and printer sharing, and much more.
